Ingredients

Organic wild-crafted Florida elderberry, organic blood orange, organic Meyer lemon, organic lime, organic slippery elm bark, organic echinacea, organic korintje cinnamon bark, organic mullein leaf, organic chamomile, organic hyssop, organic ginger root, organic turmeric root.

Preparation directions (included with kit)

Empty the contents into a pot and add two quarts of water.
Simmer gently until the liquid is reduced by half.
Allow to cool, then add raw honey to taste.
Strain if desired.
